What compiled data reveals about an “urban exodus.” (density.io)

I grew up in Manchester, NH (50 miles away) and in my mind Boston is hell. (e.g. highly expensive like NYC but the city goes to sleep -- walk around at 1 am and all you'll see is the police arrest some drunk driving in the wrong direction.)

Unless you marry your college sweetheart I think it would be almost impossible to meet a partner around Boston -- there just aren't any places where young people gather.

I'm also no fan of the Harvard-MIT complex; I was almost shocked at the story of Epstein visiting the Media Lab with not one but two "beautiful assistants" in tow (couldn't image that happening at most academic labs) but the Media Lab is the kind of notoriously pathological place where something out of a Marvel movie might happen.
